How long does it take for my order to arrive?
After receipt of your details and order, deliveries take anywhere from 5 to 10 working days on average, depending on where you live.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can, all orders outside of Melbourne are delivered via Australia post, you can visit their website after your order has been placed and is in their hands via the Australia Post order tracking service.
Is there a separate charge for delivery of wine?
Delivery charges are based on weight and are calculated at different ranges depending on your distance from our warehouses in Melbourne automatically at the checkout.

Do I need an account to purchase from Winestreet?
No account is needed, however it is valuable in the way it allows you to store your billing and shipping information for faster checkout and also allows you to view all your past orders with us.
How do I set up an account with Winestreet?
In order to set up an account with Winestreet you can simply click the register / login area in the top left of the sites header. Alternatively you can choose to create an account on the checkout option by clicking the checkbox.
How can I view my previous orders with Winestreet?
You can only view your past orders with Winestreet if you have created an account. If you already have an account and are logged into the website simply click on the user icon in the top right corner and you will be taken to your account page which shows all the previous orders you have made with us.
How can I change my billing and or shipping details with Winestreet?
If you have created an account with us and you are logged into to our site you can simply click the user icon in the top right hand corner of the site and you will be taken to the account page in which you can edit any of your account details.
