The Bellvale Estate Pinot Noir is made with grapes from various Bellvale vineyards rather than the single ‘Querus Vineyard’ Pinot Noir that they are well known for.
John says “It has caused quite some excitement amongst our restaurant and sommelier clients, everyone’s asking how it compares to the Querus, I say it’s a very smart, light wine, with racy acidity and a lovely long moorish palate”.
Warm entry in your mouth well balanced by savoury tannins and good acidity, luminous ruby red colour. Beautiful crispy notes of dark berries, brambles and hints of black pepper. The power of this wine is its vivacity and freshness. 13% alc.
