BOB aim to please with their Battle of Bosworth Shiraz. The objective is to make a well-balanced, delicious, medium-bodied wine with strong regional characters and to this end they keep winemaking techniques simple, and traditional. Grapes are picked on flavour and sugar ripeness, then crushed them and sent the to open fermenters.
The wine finishes fermenting in barrel; Using a combination of new and old French and American oak. A small percentage of cordon cut, vine dried Shiraz is added to the wine prior to bottling.
