A more restrained style that offers a balance of flavours and a fine line of acidity and fruit giving layers and depth. White stone fruit, a dash of citrus with lemon curd, leesy creaminess across the palate
Matured in 30% new oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with a very distinctive glimmer of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Fleshy peach and nectarine aromas marry into dried honey, citrusy nougat and subtle gun flint notes. Medium bodied with a gentle creaminess to the mid palate, flavours of peach and nectarine mesh with honeyed characters over a light nougat and spice back drop. Finishes with a burst of citrus freshness and a medium length aftertaste.
