After ordering with us online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. Your online order is then logged with the picking department the following business day and is usually packed with the delivery driver that afternoon.
All online orders are placed the following business day. Your order will be delivered within 5-10 working days from the day it was picked in the warehouse which usually takes 24 hours. Should the wine not be available or there is a vintage change you will be notified within 24 hours from the date your order is processed, at which time you can choose to place an order for an alternative product or cancel your order . If you choose to cancel your order we will refund your total payment.
All of our deliveries are made via our office in Maidstone, Victoria.

Shipping only applies to the following Metro areas and their listed postcodes when your total order contains 24 or more bottles.
