Mr Mick Cabernet Merlot Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, fermented for a week with their skins, were then gently pressed and blended, with all pressings returned to the blend. The wine was then matured in French oak barrels before bottling. It is suitable for drinking anytime from the present to ten years of age, and will complement all red meat cuisine or just open a bottle and enjoy the wine by itself.

This traditional blend has distinctive varietal characters of plums, blackberries, coffee and dark chocolate with hints of violet flower. It is a mouth-filling wine of great length with textured soft tannins, just the way we like it!
