A warm lead up to vintage with very little rainfall saw the Rusden ‘Christian’ Chenin Blanc picked a little earlier than usual, fresh vibrant and zippy example with lower alcohol than previous vintages (11.7%). Hints of Orange blossom, lemon zest and oyster shell on the nose, lovely palate weight and texture leads to a clean dry finish. Minerals and lemon curd dominate the palate.
