Longview Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is comprised of 72% Semillon and 28% Sauvignon Blanc. The concentrated tropical fruit of Sauvignon Blanc is tempered by the restrained citrus of the Semillon. A refreshing elegant wine with a balanced crisp finish.
The Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon fruit was sourced entirely from our own Longview Vineyard, we chill the must to 10 C, the juice separated and skins gently pressed. Bentonite fining and course earth filtering ensures a clear bright finish.
