Fairbank Rosé – Terrific fresh wild strawberry aromas in this pale pink rose; smells sweet and pure. The palate carries a core of deeply textural sweet fruit flavour-more strawberry here too – and finishes crisp, dry and even. Utterly delicious stand-alone drink. Nick Stock, The Penguin Good Wine Guide 2011
Fairbank Rosé Exciting, complex and delicious. Ben Knight, The Grapevine 2011
